Hi All,

I am trying to see if it is possible to do a live clone of a OpenVZ container vs a live migration. (ie after the live clone is finished there are two containers running)...

This would be same as vzmigrate --online without suspending or deleting the source container...

I don't know what I need to modify to allow this.

I have both the standard debian wheezy install, and also proxmox distribution setup as a test environment. I'll appreciate any help that I can get

Thanks

You need to at least make a checkpoint of the source container. I don't see how you could possibly pull it off otherwise...

Did you see:

What did you try so far and what was the result?
