Hey everyone,

I'm in the process of converting a Debian 5 physical to OVZ and everything works (almost).

There is something not quite 100% right with the tty's.

If I try to less a file, it doesn't work or if you try:

mysql -uroot -p (it should normally prompt for the username), in this case it doesn't, it proceeds as if I've done a carriage return and there fails in the authentication.

If I type mysql -uroot -p<password> then it works as normal.

My current mounts in the container are:

newton:/# mount
/dev/simfs on / type simfs (rw,relatime)
proc on /proc type proc (rw,relatime)
sysfs on /sys type sysfs (rw,relatime)
tmpfs on /lib/init/rw type tmpfs (rw,nosuid,relatime,mode=755)
devpts on /dev/pts type devpts (rw,nosuid,noexec,relatime,gid=5,mode=620,ptmxmode=000)

and

/dev looks like this:
