Here is a deal.
I have a subnet /24.
And a connect to the INTERNET throw x.x.x.1
My client get x.x.x.5
so I want make a vpn to make connection between me and client (well, it is not neccesary)
so trafic comes from client with his source (eihter throw vpn or plain)
if I change user src IP to mine - everything is just fine
but when I use a user IP - openvz container doesn't send a trafic to HV.
in this case my client doesn't use his dedicated IP.
(both x.x.x.1 and x.x.x.5 is openvz containers on a different clouds)

Hardly to understand your question. As i understood you want just use the connection of the HW node?
then make ip forwarding on kernel paras.

or do you want to proxy your connection from server A to server B
and then pass it into internet?
can be done with iptables, or - if enough cpu - truh openvpn or pptp.
