Hi, i installed OpenVZ on my CentOS 64 server according to OpenVZ instalaltion manual. Now i need to start OpenVZ by:

"/sbin/service vz start"

But this says "vz: unrecognized service"

Why is it so, and how to fix please?



I Tried to do this:
updatedb
locate vz
which vz

not found..

yum update initscripts
rpm -q initscripts

service vz start dont works

Something must have gone wrong with your installation. Please post the results of (each line is a separate command):
cat /etc/redhat-release
rpm -q vzctl
rpm -qa |grep kernel
uname -a
