Oh, that would explain why I couldn't get any info on vzmigrate on yum.

It seems I do have the latest version, however I don't understand why the <old ctid>:<new ctid> format isn't available. Maybe the references that I saw to this were from a previous version and it has since been removed.

I'll have to look around to another efficient way of migrating under different CTID then.
