anybody getting same issue with Latest Stable Openvz kernel?

The analysts who worked on this earlier discovered that there's an issue with how the kernel is handing alarms. This is causing the failure. They ran tests and discovered that at least some alarm conditions fail:

[1358892031] alarm(6), want retval:5; [1358892031] alarm(7), want retval:5; got retval:6 (FAIL)

Successful alarm tests look like this:
[1358891898] alarm(50371), want retval:50370; got retval:50370 (PASS)
[1358891898] alarm(50372), want retval:50371; got retval:50371 (PASS)

Additionally, 2.6.32-042stab072.10 is a very new kernel. I've searched our ticket system, and there is only one other ticket ever submitted for a server using this kernel. It was also submitted in the last 24 hours, and has the same issue. These are the only two instances of this issue in ticket system.

Can you try with a different kernel? You may need to ask your vps provider for assistance in changing the kernel.

Please do let us know if you have any additional questions or concerns,
