Ubuntu 11.10 Installed Xorg, connect with vnc4server

I can't run composite manager xcompmgr, it say "No render extension".
Is it problem with video drivers? How can I configure X11 to use all extension for correct graphic?

Xorg -configure

(EE) vmware: Please ignore the above warnings about not being able to to load module/driver vmwgfx
