Hi,

I have many VPS, I want to know that which IO Priority is the best for my VPS to load FASTER than other VPS ?

0 OR 7 ?

7 has higher priority than 0, so in your terminology CT with 7 will "load faster" than CT with 0, when IO concurency occurs.
