I want to do this actions:

mount --bind /home/123/123 /tmp/123
mount --make-private /tmp/123


the result of last command - "permission denied"

On ordinary system everything is fine.

Is this some OpenVZ container specific behaviour?

Sorry, not OpenVZ problem. Solved.
