Linux High Availability issue in openvz [message #48331]

I am trying to configure Linux HA between two open vz containers. Here is my ha.cf

logfile /var/log/ha-log
debug 3
debugfile /var/log/ha-debug
logfacility local0
keepalive 2
deadtime 10
initdead 120
bcast venet0
ucast venet0 192.168.1.50
udpport 694
auto_failback on
node Master
node Slave

Here is my haresources

Master IPaddr:192.168.1.52/24 apache.

But when I run the heartbeat service I get this error

Starting High-Availability services: IPaddr2[19948]: INFO: Resource is stopped

Please help for configuring HA between containers.
