When trying to use sysctl -w to set the following parameters:
net.ipv4.tcp_syncookies = 0
net.ipv4.tcp_max_syn_backlog = 204800
net.core.netdev_max_backlog = 250000
net.core.somaxconn = 163840

It also happens only for tcp_syncookies without the others.

What can I do to fix this? The kernel I am using is 2.6.18-194.3.1.el5.028stab069.6
