as I can add to several ips in he himself command?

I don't really get what you mean...

To add IP address to the VE you should give the following command:

vzctl set 201 --ipadd 10.0.0.12 --save

201 - VE id
10.0.0.12 - ip address for this VE.

As I think, it's means "to add ip" from inside vps. Certanly you can add ip aliases, but, without tuning the table of routing on ve0 it won't work.
