Hello there,

i have reinstalled my HN server OS & installed OpenVZ on centos but i got the following problems :

the /vz directory doesnt contain any folders under it !!

the vz init script doesnt exist too !!

- some valuable information

i have installed the following OpenVZ softwares :
ovzkernel-devel-2.6.18-308.el5.028stab099.3
ploop-1.2-1
vzctl-lib-3.2-1
ovzkernel-2.6.18-308.el5.028stab099.3
vzquota-3.0.12-1
ploop-lib-1.2-1
ploop-devel-1.2-1


server architecture
x86_64


Operating System (64 bit OS)
CentOS release 5.8 (Final)


RAID level 1 implemented
md0 : active raid1 sdb1[1] sda1[0]
      33553344 blocks [2/2] [UU]

md1 : active raid1 sdb2[1] sda2[0]
      524224 blocks [2/2] [UU]

md3 : active raid1 sdb5[1] sda5[0]
      1822445440 blocks [2/2] [UU]

md2 : active raid1 sdb3[1] sda3[0]
      1073741760 blocks [2/2] [UU]

firewall in HN is disabled

selinux is disabled too

what is the root cause of this problem then ???

ps: this is the third failed retry

any help will be appretiated

the problem get solved

there was a problem which prevent writting on /vz partition
