no we are going to install & use OpenVZ
as in "OpenVZ users guide"
If there is more than one CPU available on the HN select the
"vzkernel-smp" RPM ,while, if there is more than 4 Gb of RAM available, select the "vzkernel-enterprise" RPM
now my HN has both of this issue which are :
1) more than one processor

now from the above which describe HN characteristicz, which OpenVZ kernel we have to install vzkernel-smp or vzkernel-enterprise
