Anybody having any problems with Tomcat and the new 2.6.32-042stab049.6 kernel?

I am not able to get Tomcat to start up when I use the 2.6.32-042stab049.6 kernel, but if I revert back to 2.6.32-042stab044.17, everything is fine.

Sorry, no Tomcat experience with the kernel you mention... I thought tha latest before today was 2.6.32-042stab049.5?

Anyway, 2.6.32-042stab051.1 came out today. Could you please try with this one and report back?

BTW, is this on RHEL/CentOS/SL? Which version of Tomcat,s tock from OS or..?

I experienced a similar issue with Tomcat, on starting up it would either crash or start without binding the ports properly. I solved this issue by assigning 2 CPUs to the container instead of 1.
