In vz.conf(5), the descriptions of VE_ROOT and VE_PRIVATE say that the
values of these parameters have to include the string $VPSID. The
correct string is $VEID, not $VPSID. At least, that's what's used in
the default /etc/vz/vz.conf, which works.
