Hi,
I've scanned the Wiki and found numerous articles of how to bind mount some device into a running VE (like in wiki.openvz.org/Bind_mounts).
I have a snapshot of a LVM LV that I like to mount into a VE. As I don't need the snapshot mounted on the HN I'd like to mount it directly into the VE like:
mount /dev/vg00/data /var/lib/vz/root/100/mnt/data -o ro
Would this work without implications or do I have to mount the device /dev/vg00/data on the HN first and then do a bind mount into the VE?
