i have a slow download speed on all my vps
is mostly happening when i update my system Confused
how can i debug what's happening ?
2.6.18-274.7.1.el5.028stab095.1 #1 SMP Mon Oct 24 20:49:24 MSD 2011 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux


any preticular info i should give ?
