weird.. it went okay on my test system:

Operating system is CentOS Linux
Installing: webmin            ##################### [142/174] 
Webmin install complete. You can now login to
http://fc4ovz.partyservice.lan:10000/
as root with your root password.

strange that it says that it cannot find "rm". Can you try creating a cache without webmin and see if it doesn't fail?
