Service restart on host system kills same service inside all VEs [message #44050]

Hello, guys.

Everything is in subject. I'm experiencing this problem on both my openvz
hosts. For httpd it happens from time to time, for nrpe - always...
Tell please where should I look.
In /proc/user_beancounters "failcnt" is 0 for all options.
