Could anyone point to an article or document explaining how one would go about creating a precreated OS template for fedora 4 64?

i believe you could get FC4 template meta data sources, compile, install it and by using vzpkgcache you should be able to create FC4 x86_64 template. I'm not sure though - don't have x86_64 host to test :-/

- added support for mulitple architectures

So looks like it should work okay.
