None of the patches that you've linked, or any other that I've found at download.openvz.org/kernel/ are possible to use for patching i.e. ftp://ftp.funet.fi/pub/Linux/kernel/v2.6/longterm/v2.6.32/li nux-2.6.32.46.tar.gz as in the vanilla long term support 2.6.32 linux kernel. I guess it won't be a problem to patch a RHEL customized linux kernel, but I'm not using RHEL or any such distribution based on RHEL.

Is OpenVZ developed only for RHEL (or CentOS/Scientific Linux etc.)?
