I don't think this is possible due to the fact network isolation finds place between the "hardware node" and the "container".

You might wanna take a look here: wiki.openvz.org --> Traffic_accounting_with_iptables (can't post links yet, im sorry!)

Its a way to actually accomplish what i think you want.
