		Thank you for the reply.
Unfortunately I am a beginner to OpenVZ, and I don't see how your reply can help. Are you saying that rhel6-2.6.32/042stab031.1 has xen support built in?

I am trying to use OpenVZ in Amazon's EC2 cloud, which is running Xen. I can install download.openvz.org/kernel/branches/rhel5-2.6.18/028stab092. 2/ovzkernel-xen-2.6.18-238.19.1.el5.028stab092.2.i686.rpm on an EC2 instance based on an 2.6.18 kernel.

But neither download.openvz.org/kernel/branches/rhel6-2.6.32/042stab031. 1/vzkernel-2.6.32-042stab031.1.i686.rpm nor any other 2.6.32 openvz kernel work on EC2 instances based on 2.6.32 kernels. The boot process fails because apparently vmlinuz and initrd have the wrong format.

Thanks
lucky
