Can not run mysql on VPS
[root@boo /]# mysql
ERROR 2002 (HY000): Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock' (2)

OS template
centos-5-x86

Should i config something on Node for VPS.
OR other problem within VPS.

You don't need to set up anything special in order to run mysql within an openvz container, just the usual, as you would set up a regular server without openvz.

That being said, your questions in regards to mysql would probably be better answered on a CentOS forum or mailing list.

Hi,

not more infos given, so check some task, like:

- any mysql server running in this ct ?
- mysqld isn't running plz check the logfiles ?
