Hi,

I was searching the web for any solution of Clustering the ressources of various OpenVZ nodes so VEs could actually perform more CPU% than the node has by clustering the processes onto the other OpenVZ-Nodes.

All I found is either Proxmox' VE-Clustering (wich doesnt cluster the ressources at all, it just groups the nodes and make migration and overview more handy) and a bunch of HA Clustering with Heartbeat & co.

Is it possible at all to cluster the Node's ressources with MPI or else?

if possible, please paste a brief overview what need to be done to OpenVZ in order to get it to work (not needed but helpful Wink)

Here the Node's spec:
Kernel: 2.6.18-238.12.1.el5.028stab091.1 #1 SMP x86_64 (from current stable RHEL5 branch)
OS: Debian Squeeze
vzctl: 3.0.24

Thanks for you help Smile
