Is possible run mysql server on HM with openvz kernel and other servers run in VE? Mysql will be heavy loaded. Is there some performance overhead or other problem with this config?

What is a HM? You probably mean HN as in hardware node?

Yes, you could run a mySQL server on the HN itself, although I'd prefer to run it within a container. But that really depends on your needs and preferences.
