I'm trying to implement cgroups/blkio, specifically blkio.weight -- however, it does not seem to be working.

I am new to cgroups, but based upon what I am reading I need to specify which processes get placed into which group with cgred/cgrules.conf. Is that correct? If so, how do I classify processes by ve, cgrules.conf seems to work based off the owner of processes.

Idiot filter, turns out the processes get classified automatically.
