Is is possible to be informed (at runtime) of crossing barrier or limit of UBC ? For example can we set a trap (API listener, or SIGNAL handler) in a concerned process (BEFORE, or just AFTER) the incident.
Is there an admin monitoring facilty apart polling /proc/user-beancounters, for example watching logging (watchlog rule) or snmp agent, to easily (and efficiently) 'react' to UBC outages at node or VPS level ?
