Hi every body !

I'm facing somme issues with OpenVZ and ... actually it's all in the title Very Happy

I will give more details about the kernel and the hardware used tomorrow but, to sum up :

1 - I had a debian VE running on a certain Host. No problems
2 - I shutdown the VE, rsync the private dir and the ve conf file to an other Host
3 - I tried to restart the VE

Vzctl start doesn't display any error, even with the "--verbose" option.

But, when I do a "vzlist" the ve isn't there.
When I do a "vzlist -a", the ve is shown as "mounted" but not running.

On the new host, there is others ve which are running without any problems.

However I tried to move 3 Ve from the same server to the same host and all had the same behavior....

Any idea ?

Thanks a lot for your responses.

Hi,

Try to unmount the containers and then try to start the containers.
vzctl umount VEID

vctl start VEID.

If it does not work try to stop the container and start again.

Thanks.
