Hi

I have openvz on my laptop as a dev system. I connect to the internet via a wifi tethered mobile connection.

I have tried to get the container to connect to the internet following the instruction both on openvz wiki and online but most deal with eth0 and not wlan0. I have tried replacing eth0 references with wlan0 references, but so far no luck.

Has anyone got this working?

Hi,

Try doing this:

1) letting the HN establish an internet connection automaticly
2) enable IPv4 forwarding & routing on ur wlan0 (no DHCP needed for this btw)
3) set the default route of eth0 to wlan0
4) done Wink

that should actually make all VE-devices (assuming on eth0) route to the wlan0 device and therefor to the internet Smile

would be nice if it worked or not, havent tried it myself.
