Why I can't find the VCPU and FAIRSCHED in the 2.6.32 branch [message #41672]

I download the src from the following link. download.openvz.org/kernel/branches/2.6.32/2.6.32-dzhanibeko v.1/

after applying the patch,I can't find the next configuration.
CONFIG_SCHED_VCPU=y
CONFIG_FAIRSCHED=y

but in the manual(wiki.openvz.org/Kernel_configuration),the two configurations are must, so do I miss something or they are Obsoleted from the src.
