hi!

check lsof 2> /dev/null | egrep '/vz/root/33392|/vz/private/33392'

(of couse you mast use your root/private paths)
may be somebody held any files from thid dirs

if it doesn't help, try to umount container's proc with command like

umount /vz/private/33392/proc

no fear. never give up. never surrender.
