Ни у кого нет этого файла от Авг 16 2007, а то при создании контейнера из centos-5-i386-minimal.tar.gz от Май 13 2008 при запуске контейнера не создаются куча устройств в /dev/. Ладно бы было только это. А то там кроме tty, pty не хватает много чего.
