hello there, we've got a debian sarge based openvz platform and it's been with us for a good while. Recently though, it's been worrying us. The hardware is creaky and every so often it keels over, taking all the VMs with it.

I'd like to move the the VMs onto one of our ESXI platforms, does anyone know of a conversion process?
