Hi,
I will be working mobile in the next 6 months and due to the necessity of travelling light all I can take is my Acer Netbook. The machine uses an Intel Atom N270 that according to Intel does not support virtualization, though I am going to need to have at least a Centos server with Glass Fish App Server and a clinet, preferably the host OS running Fedora 14.
My question is whether the simpler forms of virtualization like paravirtualization or OS virtualization can work on my netbook. Here is the information from the computer:
CPU:
vendor_id : GenuineIntel
model name : Intel(R) Atom(TM) CPU N270 @ 1.60GHz
Memory:
MemTotal: 1013364 kB
MemFree: 267756 kB
I do appreciate any response.
Cheers,
Kourosh
