I have a machine running a bunch of openvz containers that utilize about 80% of the disk space on the machine. It's a 1U rackmount with 4 x SAS 15K drives in it. I don't have room to add any more drives, but I do have several other machines on the network with free storage available.

Is there some way to tell vzdump to dump to a remote machine via SSH? That would be the ideal solution....

I would prefer not to NFS/CIFS mount the remote machines just in case they go down I don't want it to lock up my whole machine, etc.. The SSH route seems to be the most effective.

Thanks!
