Hello,

I'm quite new to the OpenVz tools and concepts

but I have a doubt

I have a VM on VirtualBox running Debian Squeeze 32 bits, with 512M of RAM that runs some java applications, when all applications are running I get almost 100M of free memory

I want to migrate this VM to OpenVz, then I created a VE with 512M, at least I think so, and when I start half of the applications I run it consumes all my 512M, I don't think the application is using all of this

I don't know how this work, if OpenVz needs more memory to run, or if I didn't set the VE correctly

please gives me help or explain how does it work

Thanks in advance,
Wagner
