А вы можете воспроизветси ситуацию?
Каков был жизненный цикл CT 32006?
Можете запостить весь вывод /proc/user_beancounters
для этой VE.
Есть что-либо в dmesg или /var/log/messages?
Можете их сюда прикрепить?
Похоже, что это memory leak, но, насколько мне известно,
новые ядра могут содержать фиксы для leak'ов.
Например, ядро

Я могу посоветовать вам, не перезагружая HN, создать
bugreport. И если девелоперам понадобиться какая-нибудь
информация, вы сможете предоставить ее с HN.
