Hello,

I was wondering if there is an option to improve quota recalculation?

On some servers, it takes more than 1 hour to start all VEs, mostly because of vzquota.

Hello,

try setting
VZFASTBOOT parameter to "yes" in /etc/vz/vz.conf.
