Hi, I've checked this forum and found some problems that look similar, but none of them helped me to resolve my issue.

I am running gentoo and I've tried to install Debian 5.0 from cache downloaded from link found on OpenVZ wiki.

Here is the output:
dell ~ # uname -a
Linux dell 2.6.32-openvz-belyayev.1dell #3 SMP Mon Jun 7 14:04:52 CEST 2010 i686 Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 CPU 2.80GHz GenuineIntel GNU/Linux

I've also included some additional output which could help.

After these commands system crashes (becomes unusual), maybe because of kernel panic, memory lack or something similar. I can't check this because I have only SSH access.

This is probably accompanied by the oops (which you can see using dmesg utility). Is it possible for you to run dmesg right after this problem happens and then file a new bug to bugzilla.openvz.org?
