It is possible if they are in different network segments.

Say you have
eth0 with 10.2.3.1/24 address
and
eth1 with 10.2.5.1/24 address

Now, containers with addresses like 10.2.3.xxx will use eth0 and containers with addresses like 10.2.5.xxx will use eth1.
