network issue - vps stop responding intermittently [message #39334]

We are facing this problem on many of our openvz nodes running solusvm.

The simple problem description is below :
VPSs on these nodes stop responding intermittently, we have tried different kernels both PAE and enterprise and are seeing this issue on all of these.
During this time the node is always accessible and its only vpss that stop responding , some time all VPSs on the node, some time limited vpss. Restarting the service VZ fixes the problem , for few hours or few days, its totally intermittent with no fix interval of repetition.
We setup a fake arp send in cron to run every 5 min, but that did not resolve the problem either.

Some of the kernels we have tried so far :

The sysctl config is same as mentioned at http://wiki.openvz.org/Quick_installation#sysctl

I don't know what exactly happen and its solution. I think it's better to pay 10$ the specialists and the problem will be solved, rather than I have a headache from its solution Smile
