Does anyone using libvirt/virsh with openvz?

If so are there any instructions. I tried following the directions here http://libvirt.org/drvopenvz.html

But it isn't able to connect:

# sudo virsh -c openvz:///system list
error: could not connect to openvz:///system
error: failed to connect to the hypervisor

I'm using the latest rhel5.4 openvz and tried libvirt 0.6.3 and 0.7.2.
