Hello,

I'm a little bit confused because of the
http://mirror.netcologne.de/
I've downloaded vztmpl-centos-5-2.0-3.i386 with help of the link that you provided earlier but there is no netcologne.de in
/vz/template/centos/5/i386/config/yum.conf file. Have you changed that file? As far as I understand repositories are described in that file.
