but that doesn't change much...
as I see you should follow this guide
http://wiki.openvz.org/VEs_and_HNs_in_different_subnets

but maybe you can try another way
do as i said in previuos message and add to your /etc/sysctl.conf
net.ipv4.conf.eth0.proxy_arp = 1
and then
sysctl -p
to apply changes
then you should get to the internet from VE
