Hello everybody, sorry if i'm posting it in a wrong place, but i'm very sad about that

This image is from a KVM of my server, I try 2 servers differents and do this with both, in a openvz topic i see: http://forum.openvz.org/index.php?t=msg&goto=30580&
And in the last post "After one day of changes, I can say that increase /proc/sys/net/ipv4/tcp_max_tw_buckets_ub was a good solution for my VE issue. "
I did this, I tried to put 999999999999 or only 999999 and the problems still there, my server been offline and I need it to reboot by the datacenter panel
Please someone help-me this make me mad :'(
