Hi guys,

I can't get dbus or sudo working on the 2.6.27.42 build from December 25th. This is a brand new box running fedora 12, yet untested, so I'm not sure where the issue is. In the VE, these commands can't drop permissions for CAP_AUDIT_WRITE and choke.

Is this something that's wrong with this kernel or userland or something else?

Dan

Dear Dan,

thank you very much for your report.
I'm almost sure that the problem you are talking about almost the same that is described in bug #1384
