hallo i'm a newbie of openvz..as specified in the subject, i want to transfer my network card eth0 in my vz and i wanto to disable every others interfaces (venet0, venet0:0...); the first part of the work is ok, but i'm going to become crazy about the second: any big heart man can halp me?

oh..i'm using debian lenny in both the fisical and the virtual machines.

AFAIK, you can't disable venet*. It's required to enable lo (127.0.0.1) in the VE.

ok, understand...so, how can i personalize net setup?
in practice i nedd to operate over the /etc/network/interfaces of ve, but i don't know where to finde the correct file...

You want to modify the automatic network setup in the guest done by openvz?

Check /etc/vz/dists where you'll find the configuration for each OSTEMPLATE (in veip.conf) option. For debian the scripts are in /etc/vz/dists/debian*
