OK, for people finding this thread.

The solution (well, a workaround) is to enable CONFIG_DMAR:

echo "CONFIG_PCI_MSI=y" >> .config
echo "CONFIG_DMAR=y" >> .config
make oldconfig

Also, this is a subject of red hat bug #583708 (which is in NEW state at the moment).
